Shipping policy

Your order is custom-made. Therefore, please allow 15 working days for your order to be produced prior to shipping. Processing time only starts after payment is received. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. Main centres will receive their order two days after it was shipped. Processing delays can be expected during the our peak planner season months where our order load is at its highest. Please contact us should you have any questions prior to placing your order.
